1 for 1 buffet at Traders hotel Cafebiz

We went for a 1 for 1 lunch buffet at the Traders Hotel at Cuscaden Road.  Though it was a weekday, the buffet restaurant was full, make your reservations 1 week in advance for 1 for 1 lunch buffet.  The buffet stations included local food, western cuisine, indian cuisine, japanese station, noodle station, desert station and more.  Milk and some juices are also included in the buffet.

From the local cuisine, we had clam, duck, spring roll and broccoli.

The desert includes chocolate fondue, ice cream, ma chi in peanut.

For a 1 for 1 hotel lunch buffet which costs about $53 for 2 person, the buffet selection is considered not bad, weekday lunch buffet does not include sashimi or crayfish or oysters though.
