Plaza Brasserie buffet at PARKROYAL on Beach Road
The buffet at Plaza Brasserie at PARKROYAL on Beach Road has a Best of Asia seafood theme this season (till 26 May). On a weekday, they served a whole sea bass/ garoupa in hongkong style or in Thai lime sauce for each order, as many servings as you like.
The crab station offers Green curry, pepper and salted egg yolk crab.
