Din Tai Fung steam pork dumpling

The one Michelin star restaurant with its roots from Taiwan, with open concept kitchen and its signature steamed pork dumpling (Xiao Long Bao).  The steam pork dumplings goes well with thinly sliced ginger and vinegar.  The crab meat steam pork dumpling is good too.
