Marutama Ra-men
Marutama Ra-men at the Central, Clarke Quay is one of my favourite ramen joint. The ramen noodles are thin and has good texture. The chicken broth is tasty. The egg yolk is soft and the side order char siew is good.
You can choose from the spicy or nonspicy soup or the soup with nuts. They also have side dishes like gyoza and grilled char siew or you can add on braised pork to your bowl of ramen.
