Tung Lok Signatures Changi City Point

On a weekday dinner, the Tung Lok signatures restaurant at Changi City point is rather quiet.                                    

We had the fish skin with salted egg yolk,  it was warm, crispy and flavourful.

 The baked prawn steak is rather average, doesnt taste as good as it looks.

The Braised bean curd is not bad.

 The noodle in gravy is nice but the lobster doesnt taste very fresh though.
